We completely understand that accidents happen! If you do damage the garment in any way, minor or major, please email us ASAP at info@chicstylehire.com.au. Please do not try to fix the damage yourself! We have an amazing team of dry cleaners and seamstresses that know the specific care instructions of our garments and are able to fix most problems. All repair fees up to $20 are covered by CSH, yet if expenses exceed this threshold, the User will be notified as they are liable to pay the excess amount due. In the rare circumstance that an item is damaged beyond repair, or the User makes personal alterations, the User will be notified and charged the retail value of the item as the garment will be sent to the User and will no longer be owned by CSH, as agreed by in the Terms and Conditions.
Please do not iron your dress! We professionally dry clean and steam all our dresses before posting to ensure they arrive crease free. Should your item become creased in transit please do not iron the garment. Instead, please only use a garment steamer or hang it safety in your bathroom whilst you have a hot shower, and the steam will assist in getting out the creases.
We charge your nominated payment method as soon as your checkout is completed. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions we also charge your card for any late fees. We will notify you of this via SMS or email.
It is important to return your garment on time so we can ensure it arrives ready for our next customer! Please email us at info@chicstylehire.com.au if you are unable to return your item by the scheduled day of return. We will assist you in getting the item back to us on time. If you return your hire item late, a fixed rate of 50% of the Hire Fee for each day overdue will be charged to the payment method provided on your order. Please view the Terms and Conditions for further information.

Environmental sustainability is really important to us. That’s why we post our items in plastic-free, compostable mailers with double adhesive strips so you can reuse the bag when returning the dress back to CSH. Return postage is covered in the initial $19.99 postage fee. To return your item, place it back in the same mailer satchel and replace the original shipping label with the new one provided inside your package. Then drop it off at your nearest Post Office by 12pm on the last day of your hire. Please do not clean the dress, we have a professional team of dry cleaners that will take care of that for you. If your return date falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday, we ask you to post it back the next business day.
If you have lost or damaged your satchel mailer, it is your responsibility to purchase a suitable mailer to return it in and use the return label provided. Should you have misplaced both you will be required to purchase an express satchel to return it to us in time. Please also make sure you forward the new tracking details to info@chicstylehire.com.au.
